Returns Policy

All of our items are handcrafted and made to order, specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
